I’m a big fan of Eastwood & Malkovich, but this movie was not good. Angelina’s portrayal of Christine Collins was so far off base that it was utterly distracting, IMO.

loved angelina jolie in this…had never truly seen her acting abilities before. but Jason Butler Harner as Gordon Northcott’s performance was chilling…the best in the whole movie. he portayed his character so well…so realistic…it creeped me out for days after i watched the movie.

not enough..europeans has done great movies about womens like pedro almadovar but in hollywood is not alot those

  13. ghostdog80 says:

your a women i guess..its not enough that there comes couple movies in year where movie tells only about strong woman with shes weeknes..you guys should rise up and fight against hollywood..women is amazing beautiful minded creature and i want see movies more about womens

  14. gogoutube says:

ohh i see, compared to european film which I don’t know. Perhaps you’re right. But rise up and fight against Hollywood? Okay, now that is unnecessary.

  15. ghostdog80 says:

well if you would watch more european films i thing you would understand me better..heh yeah you guys should fight cause picture what we get about american womens in movies usually is that they not very indepent and personally and im sure that is not true

  16. gogoutube says:

are you kidding me? from what I can tell (based on media and what I see in real life), I think the exact opposite. American women are always portrayed as loud, independent, think-for-themselves attitude, sometimes to the point of annoyance. And American women always try to prove to foreign men that THEY don’t know what they’re dealing with–a feisty American women. I am so shocked at your opinion. American women need to learn to be demure and lady-like is what I think.

i actually saw the movie but i stoped when mrs collins went to visit the murder..what happens next??

  18. 951prerunner says:

the story is fucked up! i live a few min from the house where all those kids were murdered.trippy.

  19. 951prerunner says:

he still wouldnt admit to killing her son, then if i remember correctly about a year later they found another kid that escaped with her son from the ranch but they split up as they were running away from that bad guy,so christine collins just kept searching for her boy in the hopes that he got away and was hiding or scared.

**great** movie! Thank you to all who created this movie, exposing such horrific things. Can that happen today? Check out “Church of Scientology-”Disconnection” They break up families every day. It’s a different abuse, but needs to be known.

this film is emotionally horrific – many of my friends that didn’t know about Christine Collins didn’t know true it really is, the fact she kept looking for him for the rest of her life is heart-breaking

  24. halo3manic129 says:

this was a good movie (:

  25. hmg0011 says:

I watched it with my cousin last night. It breaks my heart to know that a twisted mind like that would do that to nine and ten-year-old boys. And making another child finish it? Crazy….
